Now it is Oppo’s turn to launch its new F15 for the mid-range consumers, rubbing shoulders with peers and strong rivals Realme and Redmi. The youth-centric smartphone features the quad camera setup, along with an in-display finger-print sensor and 4000 mAh battery.
Priced at Rs.19,990/- Oppo F15 is light weight at 7.9mm thickness and is introduced in two basic shades Unicorn White and Lightening Black with laser light reflection.

The device, powered by a 4000 mAh battery, has an 8GB RAM and features EIS backed image stabilisation and a hardware-based anti-shake technology.

Sporting a dual-SIM (Nano) Oppo’s newbie runs on Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.1.2 on top. The smartphone has an appreciable 6.4-inch full-HD AMOLED display with 20:9 aspect ratio and a 1080x2400 pixels resolution. The device features an In-Display Fingerprint 3.0 that ensures quick and easy screen unlock and has a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection and anti-scratch.
Contrary to the popular chinese brands that seem to favor a Qualcomm Snapdragon to run their devices, Oppo has, under the hood, an octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 (MT6771V) SoC. The processor is paired with Mali G72 MP3 GPU with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
Oppo F15’s rear quad camera setup includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor and an f/1.79 lens. There is a secondary sensor of 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with a FoV (field-of-view) of 119 degrees. The phone includes a couple of 2-megapixel sensors with f/2.4 lenses for portrait and monochrome shots.
As for selfies, there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor with an f/2.0 lens. The AI Video Beautification and Gender and Age Detection are intended to lure in the young customers.
